Sonographic diagnostics of endothelial function impairment and features of vascular changes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus

The work deals with the modern views on the mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction development in various diseases, including rheumatic diseases. The special attention is paid to sonographic assessment of endothelium's functional status and features of vascular changes in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
