The enhancement of body functional abilities of students in special health groups using yoga elements at lessons

The increase in a number of students attending physical education classes in special health groups suggests introducing more effective methods to enhance the level of health to the educational process of physical education in a high school. The normal functional condition of the body allows responding to the current demands of work in an adequate way. The article considers the influence of yoga exercises on the functional condition of female students with debilitated health. The authors believe that the use of Hatha yoga exercises will not only improve the functional reserves of the body, but also remove a psychoemotional stress during a school day.
