On the basis of the analysis of study materials and work of the grain thrower, a new constructive and technological scheme of the blade belt thrower of grain is proved. The design of the blade drum and its blades is developed. The number of driven drums is proved and reduced to one. The drive scheme of the blade drum from the driving drum with one slave has been changed, which provides better throwing without slippage. The use of a screw-feeding material feeder provides an increase in the feed area. The condition of grain sliding along the belt is eliminated. The formation of a portion of grain in the cells and the clarity of their unloading in the upper part of the drum in the direction of the working surface of the tape facing downwards, at an angle of 45 ° to the horizon is ensured. As well as in the formation of a portion in a cell under the action of centrifugal forces, self-sorted bulk material, light and long impurities get into the upper part of the portion, which leads to an increase in the efficiency offractional separation and purification of grain along the flight range in the air.
