The results of the study of the efficiency of obtaining biocomposts from the litter of pigs using the microbiological preparation "Mikrazim" (an organic destructor), which accelerates its decomposition, are presented in the article. The aim of the study was a comparative analysis of the effect of swine manure using a destructor and without it on the yield of such vegetable crops as tomatoes and sweet peppers on the field. The scheme of the experiment included three options: without application of biofertilizers; with the application of swine manure; with the application of swine manure along with the micro-enzyme Microzyme. Peppers and tomatoes were grown on the field on experimental plots of 10 м2. The soil of the experimental site was characterized by a low content of labile phosphorus and potassium. The РН of the salt extract is close to neutral, the content of organic matter is rather low. Swine manure taken for the experiment was characterized by a highly acid reaction, had a low content of gross potassium and rather a high content of total nitrogen and phosphorus. Taking into consideration that swine manure has filled a part of the necessary nutrients for cultivating vegetable crops, labile potassium and phosphorus remained almost at the same level as in spring in the plots with the use of swine manure. However, the acidity of the soil has increased by almost one point. The organic matter in the soil of these plots increased. The content of labile phosphorus and potassium in the soil on plots with the addition of Mikrasim to the swine manure has increased despite the removal from the harvest. The РН of the salt extract approached neutral values, and the organic matter content increased by 0.5% compared to that in spring. In general, according to two cultures, it can be noted that plants grown on plots with the use of swine manure together with the destructor had better yields and structure in comparison with the plots where Mikrazim was not used.
