Based on the translation of «Lamrim "The quick way to omniscience" the section of the "Method of teaching shamatkha - the essence of paramita of concentration" of this text has been studied. It is ascertained that alongside with such a traditional object for concentration development as the image of Buddha, the techniques of mind meditation are given. This Lamrim text brings power techniques to suppress the obstacles for the development of concentration related to the elements of tantric practice used in concrete visualizations.
