Reduction of thermal deformation in composite structures production by vacuum infusion method

Бесплатный доступ

The technique of infusion tools forming surface displacement evaluating caused its constraints from fasteners, providing a connection forming surface with frame was fulfilled. The stress-strain state of the hot snap for manufacturing large-sized units of aircraft structures by vacuum infusion was investigated. The comparison of repeatability theoretical contour of aerodynamic surfaces during the manufacturing process using different frame materials - steel and composite material was done. Recommendations for the preferred infusion tool manufacturing, including frame, from composite materials, similar to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the material molded part was given.
