Destruction, damage to the cessation of growth, extraction, collection and acquisition of especially valuable mushrooms and plants, their products, parts, derivatives as alternative acts of the objective side of the crime provided for in Article 260.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

The article focuses on the analysis of destruction, damage to the extent of cessation of growth, extraction, collection and acquisition of especially valuable mushrooms and plants, their products, parts, derivatives as alternative acts of the objective side of the crime provided for in Art. 260.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Based on scientifi c literature and judicial practice, the essential characteristics of these acts are considered. The article defi nes the moment of completion of the crime for each of the signs is determined and criteria for distinguishing between illegal extraction, collection and acquisition of the subject of the crime provided for in Art. 260.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
