This paper presents the results of implementing a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system in gas transportation processes involving the operation of gas compressor units (GCUs). The study includes the calculation of the required catalyst volume and reagent consumption to ensure the effi cient performance of the SCR system. The key components of the SCR system are described. The effectiveness of reducing atmospheric air pollution through the use of the SCR system is assessed.
