Regulation's unification of investment and financial services in the EEU

The effectiveness of international cooperation in the field of innovation and investment activity largely depends on the harmony of partner countries'' legislation. In addition, unification of standards for presentation of financial information is a requirement for making the strong dealings between investors and investment objects. The measures development for harmonizing legislation and creation of common information space helps the increase of investment activity of companies in the territory of the EEU countries. The members of financial services markets, engaging in support of investment transactions and providing information support for investors are in the process of reforming. The article discusses the main aspects of the standards''s unification of financial information by companies EEU member countries, in particular, the transition to the international standards of financial reporting, as well as the prospects for the unification of the audit services market and audit firms transition to International Standards on Auditing.
