The article presents a unique methodology aimed at preventing cash gaps and optimizing business processes in the restaurant business. The methodology is based on the experience of working at the Cyclone restaurant in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and includes cash flow forecasting, accounts receivable management, creating a reserve fund, and using alternative financing sources. The article also discusses the causes and solutions to the problems of chaos in business processes and ways to minimize them.
