This article is devoted to unusual clinical situations in oncourological practice. As is known, standardization prevails in modern medicine, clinical pro-tocols for diagnosis and treatment are implemented, where there is no place for atypical, casuistic cases, individual characteristics of patients, course of the disease and, accordingly, methods of treatment are leveled. The authors describe in detail the five most casuistic cases from their medical practice in the Scientific Center of Oncology and Hematology of the Kyrgyz Republic in this article. The purpose of the article is to describe unique cases in oncourological practice, since the presented case histories can significantly help in the scientific research or the work of other doctors if they encounter the same strange symptoms.
