The human rights universality in a multicultural world

The article considers the development of the human rights universality concept. The attention is paid to the problem of the concept implementation in the context of existing variety of cultures. The author focuses on the peculiarity of values, traditions and customs in the culture of China and Vietnam which are different in Western culture. The author argues the contradictions between culturally different states regarding the implementation of the human rights concept is an inevitable phenomenon.
