University 360: educational brokerage and transfer of non-formal education

Innovative approaches to the construction of the higher education system in the context of modern challenges are analyzed. The elements of the project “University 360” of the Northeastern Federal University are considered: educational brokerage and transfer of non-formal education. The following are presented: a variant of creating a system to support the individual development of students, the possibility of taking into account the results of formal and non-formal education in the process of retraining and obtaining a new level of education at a university. The conclusion is made about the possible significant results of the proposed project related to the creation of a fundamentally new system of support for individual educational trajectories of students> development; maximum disclosure of their potential; ensuring the quality of education.
