Nowadays managerial culture is one of the components of effective work of any organization, which determines the relevance for its in-depth study and analysis. In a broad sense managerial culture can be characterized as a set of typical values, norms, points of view and ideas, which consciously form the sample of his behavior. The theoretical aspects of managerial culture of civil servants are analyzed in the article, the substantiation of the peculiarities of the content and the definition of the theoretical and methodological essence of managerial culture is carried out.
