Management aspects of policy against terrorism in Russia

The problem of countering terrorism is actualized by the destabilization of the situation in the world and by significant political, economic and spiritual-moral consequences. The article is devoted to the consideration of the mechanism for managing counter-terrorism in the Russian Federation. The need for an effective solution to the tasks of managing counter-terrorism in the Russian Federation requires constant improvement of its mechanism, including its legal component. It is noted that the effectiveness of the functioning of the management mechanism lies in the maximum accuracy of its organization at all levels of functioning to objective law enforcement needs and the opportunities of society.
