Managerial aspect of regional social sphere development

In the present article the possibility of active use of driving positions for advance and elimination of bottlenecks in the implementation of strategic planning as a function of management of the social sphere, formation and implementation of programs of social development at the regional level is considered. The assessment of impact of driving positions of strategic planning on the effective management of the social sphere of the region and possibility of minimization of losses at emergence of problems is given.
