Accounting and evaluating the efficiency of expenditure for payment of labor

Nowadays there is a careful attention to a cost management in national and world literature. Consequently, we often use a term labour cost effect. In this article a term «Cost effect» was researched and a structure of cost effectiveness of job compensation was analyzed. This examination of labour cost effect defines a relation between a size of salary and a quality of labour.
