Management consulting in the context of ensuring balanced development of investment activities in the region

The subject of this article is the study of the influence of regional investment policy on the level of development of the region, ensuring the balanced development of investment activities in the region as the basis for the formation of the economic power of the state as a whole on the example of countries that are leaders in the field of investment management, management consulting. The purpose of this article is to identify the features and approaches to the formation of the influence of regional investment policy on the level of development of the region; determination of the main conditions for the formation of the practice of using management consulting in the context of ensuring the balanced development of investment activities in the region. The methodology of this study included analytical, comparative, formal legal methods. The results of the work are an analysis of the features and approaches to the formation of the influence of regional investment policy on the level of development of the region; determination of the basic conditions for the formation of the practice of using management consulting in the organization and management of investment activities at the regional level; proposing the concept of management consulting in the context of ensuring the balanced development of investment activities in the region; formulation of conclusions on the subsequent directions of improvement and implementation of management consulting tools in the context of ensuring balanced development of investment activities in the region and the country as a whole. The scope of the research results includes the public administration system. The findings of the study can be applied to improve management, legal regulation and practice of using management consulting tools in the context of ensuring the balanced development of investment activities in the region.
