The article presents an analysis of managerial communication as a type of communication. Taking into account the monologic type of relations, the problem of the effectiveness of managerial communication is revealed. In order to improve the effectiveness of managerial communication, the appeal to mentoring is justified. This method of teaching fundamentally changes the communication scheme, provides an opportunity for promotion - personal and organizational - by achieving a synergistic effect in the relationship between the manager and the subordinate.
