Administration of personnel adaptation in organization: tools approach

Adaptation as a problem of personnel management is considered in the article. The essence of management of personnel adaptation of the organization is specified. The tools (social technologies, methods, methods) of personnel adaptation management are considered. Adaptation management is being updated as a condition for the effective functioning of the organization.
