Business potential management of organizations on the basis of labor productivity assessment

The functioning of a competitive and financially sustainable organization in the field of agro-industrial complex is determined by its business potential. This necessitates the development of a management system and its individual elements, which make it possible to increase the efficiency of an organization's activities in conditions of limited resources used by it. The main tool for influencing the business potential of an agricultural organization is the growth of labor productivity of its employees. Therefore, the development of a system for assessing its level, which will determine the strategic directions for the development of agribusiness entities, is of particular relevance in this issue. In the course of the study, a point assessment of labor productivity and factors affecting its level was applied. Based on the results of the assessment, information was obtained that made it possible to give a qualitative description of the four groups of agricultural organizations obtained, depending on the level of labor productivity and the potential for its growth. The first group included organizations with a low level of labor productivity and low potential for its growth; in the second, organizations with a low level of labor productivity and high potential for its growth; in the third - organizations with a high level of labor productivity and high intensity of resource use; fourthly, organizations with a high level of labor productivity and high resource potential. This made it possible to develop a set of recommendations for improving the on-farm system for managing the organization's business potential on the basis of sustainable growth in labor productivity of its employees. Priority management impact in these areas plays an important role in the process of forming and implementing a competitive strategy for the development of an agricultural organization.
