Business process management in a global change

In this work there were examined the relevance of the topic “Management of business processes in the context of global change”, the theoretical fundamentals, the basic approaches to management, types of business processes, the reasons for managing them, a description of business processes and modeling, and also business processes of trading company was examined. Further conclusions were made on the basis of all the work.
