The management of the budget security in Russia

This article considers the different approaches to the definition of «budget security» in the structure of financial security, types of national security are presented. It highlights issues related to the implementation of a unified state integrated information system of «Electronic Budget». The components of the information system «Electronic budget» are demonstrated. Further possibilities of this system at its introduction are considered. The types of budget risks associated with budget security are provided.
