Regional budget expenditures management

The article is devoted to the aspects of management and increase in the effectiveness of budget expenditures in the Republic of Mordovia with the purpose of carrying effective budget policy and increasing population prosperity. Main points of the Programme «Reforming of Regional Finances in the Republic of Mordovia in the Period of 2006- 2007» are also considered in the article.
