Management of the budget of the municipality of Abakan

The problems of forming local budgets and their legal regulation have been and remain significant problems throughout the modern history of the Russian Federation. The solution of issues of local importance, including primarily the issues of life support for each locality, the development of all infrastructure facilities, depends on the financial support of local self-government bodies. The article considers the budget of the municipality of Abakan of the Republic of Khakassia, analyzes the income and expenses. Based on the results of the analysis, practical recommendations for improving the management of the municipal budget are proposed.
