Industrial supply chain management: inter-organizational logistical coordination

The article examines the issues of current trends in the field of interorganizational logistics coordination of supply chain management in the industry with an emphasis on the concept of lean manufacturing and the priority of creating value for consumers. The key approaches to lean supply chain management in Industry 5.0 are considered, including the latest technologies, methods of optimizing production processes and means of improving supply chain efficiency, the use of mathematical methods for the feasibility of implementing the concept of lean supply chain management in Industry 5.0 with in the framework of inter organizational relations in industry.
