Human capital management: education in the transition to Industry 4.0

The article is devoted to the problems of organizing the educational process in the conditions of self-isolation in the Russian Federation. New challenges and problems faced by the national education system at all levels are considered. It also assesses the prospects for further development of the education system in the conditions of digitalization, positive and negative trends that are laid in the new changed conditions of the organization of the educational process. The question of the quality of human capital formation through the use of distance educational technologies is raised.
