The article shows the basic problems of human potential management in the agricultural sector considering the socio-psychological factors in the individual’s growth in a crisis situation. The role of agricultural complex in the economic development of the Republic of Buryatia is defined. The basic direction of the effective development and utilization of the human potential of agricultural complex are established.
