The relevance of the study is justified by the fact that the management of human resources of enterprises in the conditions of economic liberalism allows us to identify the social groups in conflict relations that have an impact on the results of activities and on the management of people in organizations. The article shows that the concept, social policy, and organizational forms of wage labor management will change throughout the period of constantly ongoing transformations in domestic practice. It is proved that the conflict-free development of events in the conditions of crisis and decline in the standard of living of the personnel will depend on the ability of employees to rationally use their available resources to defend their interests and the availability of management skills to manage complex socio-economic processes.
