Human resources management in the university: recruiting scientific and pedagogical workers

In this article were examined the issues of modernization the human resources management system in Russian higher educational institutions, as well as different approaches in term of defining concepts "recruitment" and "recruiting". An analysis was conducted of recruitment methods at selection of scientific and pedagogical workers.
