Human resources management in the global economic crisis

The relevance of this study is due to the continuing economic crisis and increasing social tension among the working population. The article analyzes used in practice in human resource management, proposed to use an effective form of impact on staff and administrative leverage to resolve the situation on the labor market in order to preserve the human potential of enterprises.
