The article deals with issues related to the formation of strategic directions for the development of personnel management and labor economics in an innovative economy. The research presented by the author in the article confirms that the use of a variety of strategies and models of human resource management, considering the specifics of the work of employees, can significantly improve the productivity andperformance of the company. This is explained by the fact that proper human resource management allows you to optimize the use of labor resources, improve employee motivation, improve the quality of work performed and reduce the cost of training and retraining ofpersonnel. In addition, the use of individual approaches to personnel management allows you to create a favorable corporate culture and increase the level of trust between management and employees, which in turn can lead to improved communication within the company and reduce the level of conflict.
