Debts management in public institute of higher education

The debts owed to the state higher educational institution are presented in the article as an indicator reflecting the shortcomings of the financial and economic activities. The article deals with the main origins of such debts and the ways of eliminating them. The article contains an attempt to estimate the permissible size of financing source debts.
