Business career management as a motive for effective employee activity

This article examines the issues of business career management as a key element of the employee incentive system. The theoretical aspects of managing the business career of employees are analyzed. The necessity of using motivation theories in the management of the company's employees' careers is substantiated. Special attention is paid to key motivational factors in career management.
