The article discusses the management of cash flows by types of activities of a commercial organization. The organization carries out economic activities in three directions: current (operational), investment, financial. The cash flow management process is complex and time-consuming, so the general view of the cash flow management process can be considered in stages. The choice of an optimal cash flow management system is vital for every commercial organization, characteristic of the situation that has formed.
