Further education management in regional systems: innovative aspect

The purpose of research is to study the processes of the modern education modernization for the formation of the society labor potential on an innovative platform. The modern development of education outlines a wide range of systemic changes focused on the formation of innovative susceptibility of the employees of the enterprises in various branches of material production. As a conceptual idea, the authors suggested a platform for further education and put forward a proposal to ensure the holistic and progressive development of further education based on the age periodization of both the economically active population and the formation of educational levels among the younger generation of scientists. It is important to note that further education programmes increase the communication skills of students and stimulate the formation of their creative skills, including in a social environment, contribute to an increase in the number of gifted and talented children, and increase the involvement of young specialists in the educational process. The need for the formation of human capital within the framework of the Federal programme "Modern School" on the basis of the subprogramme "Center for Continuing Education “Growth Point”: Digital and Humanitarian Profile of Training" has been proved, since according to the forecast, the coverage of students will increase based on the development of further education. The ideas about the further education impact on municipal development in the medium term have been expanded. Further education management makes it possible to meet the needs of the population in acquiring new knowledge necessary due to the growth rates of scientific and technological progress and the development of innovative processes in various fields of activity. It is the programmes of furtherl education that are the medium for the modern technologies introduction and ensure the satisfaction of the needs of organizations in the professional competencies of personnel.
