The article examines the methodology for assessing the financial stability of enterprises in the bakery industry. The financial stability of the enterprise is the optimal indicator for analyzing the real state of the production enterprise, since it comprehensively reflects the degree of asset security by own means for the implementation of an uninterrupted production process, and also the degree of the company''s dependence on third-party organizations. The article proposes a methodology for an integrated assessment of financial sustainability, taking into account the specifics of the industry.
