Management of the Formation of an Academic Personnel Reserve: the Influence of Experience and Personal Factors of Students

The article examines the influence of factors on the desire of first-year students to engage in teaching activities. The main predictor was the perception of the attractiveness of the profession, while early teaching experience and socio-demographic characteristics did not show a significant influence. Prospects for further research include studying the opinions of senior students and analyzing other factors influencing the professional self-determination of students and their possible subsequent inclusion in the university personnel reserve.
