Governance of state property in Krasnodar region

The article reveals the peculiarity of managing state property, the structure of legal principles, as well as the system of managing state property. The main problems of managing state property are identified. One of the main problems is the lack of a streamlined procedure for the destruction of property, namely: light industry goods seized from illegal traffic or confiscated during criminal proceedings on administrative offenses.
