Individual risk management at main pipeline transport facilities

The current regulatory approach to assessing the risk of accidents and fires at hazardous production facilities of main pipeline transport is not comprehensive enough, as it does not allow risk management. A possible solution to eliminate this conceptual incompleteness is to consider the safety process in terms of the law of preservation of object integrity. This approach allows us to modify the existing risk assessment procedure, allowing us to quantitatively assess the impact of compensating measures on the value of risk.
