Enterprises have recently begun to hold public conferences, which consider the proposed development of a software solution for onboarding new professionals. Therefore, when large companies onboard new young specialists their HR-managers need to have high-quality, fast and effective onboarding system. To implement an onboarding system based on distance learning, a new employee will have access to the company's courses. A new employee uses this system and takes basic courses aimed to enhance professional competencies, such as teamwork, customer focus, critical thinking, presentation and communication skills and etc. A new employee takes courses to deep study of his professional area. These courses are related to the study of the business-process, interactions with the user, the design of enterprise systems.
