Management of innovative activity in agrarian sector based on system-adaptive approach

The development of the agricultural sector today is associated a number of problems, core of which is intensity of innovation activity in agriculture, capable of providing accelerated growth of agricultural production. In the article the use of system-adaptive approach to the management of innovation activity agricultural sector is substantiated, which involves timely reaction to the spread of innovation in terms of variability of the environment. Special attention is given to the proposed management model of regional innovative infrastructure "such as overtaking", consisting of a number resource blocks, interacting with each other. The classification of agricultural enterprises on the level of technological support of production is proposed. On the basis of this classification, the spiral model of management of innovation processes in agriculture is refined and supplemented.
