Since early 2020, the coronavirus epidemic swept across the world. Countries have adopted strict public health policies, aimed at curbing the rate of spread of COVID-19, such as closing public spaces, advising companies to transfer employees to working from home and establishing strict control in the immigration sphere. All of it had a huge impact on the activities of multinational companies. This circumstance has led to new, high requirements for the organization of work of employees of transnational enterprises.
