Personnel cost management and its impact on the incentive system

This study provides a strategy for choosing an incentive system by an enterprise in terms of optimizing management costs. The article analyzes the influence of various types of remuneration on the costs of management and control over the activities of employees of the enterprise, measuring the results of labor activities, and also considers the efficiency of using resources. In the course of the study, the factors that must be taken into account in the formation of an optimal cost management system were analyzed.
