Management of changes based on adaptive leadership

The role of adaptive leadership in the organization under conditions of changes is considered in the article. Various classifications of leadership styles and types of changes are presented. Further, in the table their comparative analysis is carried out. It is revealed that with completely different changes, it is more effective to apply the adaptive style of leadership.
