The urgency of this problem stems from the fact that increased competition in the provision of services in the field of tourism determine the feasibility of using new and innovative approaches to the management of travel agencies, one of which is the management of change. In the article the question of use of the tourist potential of the enterprise in order to improve performance. Therefore, the effective management of change is one of the most difficult but prestigious task for a manager.
