Any changes in the organizations are necessary to restructure the usual mechanisms of behavior and activities of the staff. Methods of change of the organization, area and expected results of their application are given. The study of the role of conflicts in the process of development and introduction of organizational changes. The model of management of thinking and activity for generation of ideas of development of the organization by its workers and cultivation of innovative offers of future changes is developed. Proposals for the prevention of resistance to change have been developed. It is shown the participation of the management staff of the organization in the processes of development and management changes in modern organizations.
