Change management: a six sigma methodology for public governance

The article reveals the importance of change management in public institutions, explores the causes of resistance to change, as well as their methods of overcoming. The concept of change management "Six Sigma" for the public sector is considered using the successive steps of DMAIC in order to improve the quality of public services.
