The author examines the impact of effective legal risk management on the possibility of preventing the occurrence of such negative consequences as a ban on the planned use of a land plot, recognition of a building erected or reconstructed on a land plot by unauthorized construction, restricting economic activities on land plots located in areas with special conditions of territory use. Analyzes the latest changes in civil and land legislation related to the regulation of economic activity on such lands and unauthorized construction, their influence on the further development of judicial practice in this area.
