The article analyzes the issues of determining the quality of education from the point of view of system and process approaches. The author analyzes the education as a system consisting of a set of elements interacting with elements of the external environment. The quality of education is understood as the goal of the development of the education system and the result of the interaction of all elements of the internal and external environment of the education system.
